Inspection of Installation and Operational Requirements of Lightning Protection Systems

Based on the requirements set out under Subsection 132 of Chapter XX (Inspection, Maintenance, and Review) of the National Fire Protection Regulations 54/2014 (XII. 5.) BM Decree ,the inspection (review) of lightning protection systems and their design is mandatory for structures and open areas falling under non-standard lightning protection or the technical requirements of standard lightning protection.

We possess the competencies and professional experience required for the activity of "inspection of lightning protection systems in residential, communal, and industrial facilities" as defined in the 34/2021 (VII. 26.) ITM Decree on qualifications necessary for the practice of certain industrial and commercial activities, as well as amendments to certain ministerial decrees on technical regulations. This includes particular expertise regarding buildings and open areas fully or partially affected by potentially explosive atmospheres. In line with this, our personnel hold qualifications meeting the requirements set out in Section 10 (3) of the9/2015 (III. 25.) BM Decree on professional qualification and training requirements for staff employed in professional disaster management authorities, municipal and institutional fire brigades, volunteer fire associations, and related professional sectors.
